Step 1 — Preview

Scan your Zoho WorkDrive for all report files before importing anything. This is safe — it only reads, it does not write to the ledger.

Step 2 — Import

Download each file from Zoho and save transaction data to the ledger. Files already in the ledger are skipped by default.

Fix Source File Names

Replaces any raw Zoho file IDs in the ledger with proper filenames. Run this once if you see file IDs in the RRN Lookup table.

Clear RRN Ledger

Wipes all historical RRN data. You will need to re-import everything. This cannot be undone.
